| 摘 要： | 科技服务平台作为现代服务业的重要组成部分,在国民经济和社会发展中具有十分重要的地位。针对长春市科技服务业存在的问题,必须在尊重科学技术发展规律的前提下,按照我国科学技术发展的总体目标,有重点、有步骤地建设科技服务平台,为推动长春市科技的快速发展提供坚实的保障。
