| 摘 要： | 要培养出高质量、高素质的现代酒店服务与管理人才,就必须有高素质的师资队伍。这就需要我们从转变观念,不断更新教育教学理念;提高专业课教师的职业素养;改变传统教学模式,创新教学方法;强化对酒店专业教师的培训等方面来提高酒店管理专业教师业务素质,从而适应酒店管理专业对教师业务素质的要求。
