| Abstract: | This paper explains the meanings and interrelationship of comparative advantage and competitive advantage from the angle of industry development, and points out their roles in the appraisal of the regional industry competitiveness. Based on this, we construct an index system and an appraisal model of the industry competitiveness. Then we apply them to the manufacture industry of Shandong Province, and appraise the level of the industry competitiveness of this province. |
