“311”岗位价值精细管理的创新实践

摘    要:提高企业管理水平和经营效率,必须把企业管理中与经济效益密切相关的要素,融入到员工的岗位作业中,最大限度的发挥出员工的岗位价值。热电厂在人本精细管理的基础上,结合自身实际,构建了"311"岗位价值精细管理模式。采取了一系列的创新举措:建立完善配套的内部岗位之间的市场价值链;推行ABMBM预算管理;用ERP信息管理软件作为载体,确保岗位价值精细管理的顺畅运行。

Abstract:To improve the level of regulation and the efficiency of the management,we should integrate all the factors that related with the economic benefits with the position to show the post value. Based on fine management,the thermal plant constructs the311fine management mode. A series of innovative measures are adopted: improve the market value chain; use the ABMBM budget management; use the ERP information management software as a carrier to keep the fine management run smoothly.
