摘    要:2003年以来,在多种因素的影响下,长江中下游干流河道来沙量和可利用沙量的锐减与沿江地区经济建设对河道砂石的大量需求之间,矛盾越来越突出,河道采砂管理工作面临新的挑战。在对长江中下游河道采砂现状和需求分析的基础上,讨论了三峡蓄水后下游的水沙变化情况,并据此初步提出了采砂管理的对策,为三峡蓄水后的采砂规划和管理提供参考。
