| 摘 要： | 分类是理论研究的基本方法,对制造企业进行分类是流程管理研究的基础。本文从阐述流程管理与职能环节的关系出发,根据业务流程与价值增值的密切程度对制造企业的业务流程进行重新分类,并提出和描述了基于增值流程分布的制造企业分类及其特征,最后阐述这种分类的意义。

| Abstract: | Classification is a basic method in theory research field, classifying from manufacturing enterprises founds a basis for researching on business process management. This article sets out with expatiating the pertinence between business process management and the function tache which a corporate contains, classifies the business process of the manufacturing enterprises renewedly. A new kind of classification of manufacturing enterprises is provided and traits of them are depicted respectively, which based on the distribution of value - added business process, finally expounds the significance of this classification. |
