浅析高校教育教学评价理论发展研究与存在问题

高等教育教学评价的地位越来越受到重视,但在高校教育教学评价过程中仍存在诸多问题,主要表现为:高校评价理论缺失问题;高校评价指标体系问题;高校科研评价方式问题;高校教师工作绩效评价问题。因此,在高校教育教学评价过程中,要明确教育评价的目的,把握教育评价的思想,真正使教育评价成为高校改革的原始动力,成为提高高校办学质量的有利保证。
