我国对外贸易摩擦的双重效应与应对策略

随着我国对外贸易的迅速发展，贸易摩擦频繁爆发。贸易摩擦对促进产业结构升级、培养竞争优势产业、刺激对外投资和实现贸易地理方向多元化等有一定的积极效应，同时也存在着危及国家贸易安全、破坏与对象国的贸易关系、打击相关地区和企业的发展以及引发对外贸易纠纷等消极影响。据此，提出应对我国对外贸易摩擦的长期策略是：发挥市场机制在配置资源方面的积极作用；短期策略是：规避贸易摩擦对我国贸易和经济的冲击，减少其损失。
