| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of economical management in future society, this paper concentrates on quality, ability and knowledge structure for business management talents across the 21th century. It analyzes how high education meet the future demand by cultiviting competent management talents in such aspects as education movtivation, content, method, means and mode, etc. |
