| 摘 要： | 透过日本服务业发展历程不难发现,日本经济的快速发展与其大力发展服务业是密不可分的。其现代服务业发展的成功经验主要是:注重发挥服务业对其他产业的联动效应;政府对技术研发的资金和政策支持具有持续性;重视技术贸易的发展以及技术的民用化和普及化;以垄断财团为服务业发展的主要对象,在服务业发展初期收到良好的效果。因此,在中国现代服务业的发展过程中,政府应该注重技术研发资金补贴和支持政策的持续性,充分发挥服务业的联动效应,同时以大企业为服务业发展的主要扶持对象。
