| Abstract: | The determination of the bearing capacity of water resources is the prerequisite of economic development decision-making.In this paper,we use the dynamic analysis methods of the relative water resources bearing capacity to analyze the shortage of water resources in Liaoning province and ultra-load status,and to promulgate the controllable factors,and to provide a basis for sustainable development and utilization of water resources and water resource protection. |
