摘    要:近年来,在风起云涌的并购浪潮中,越来越多的企业意识到并购后人力资源整合的重要性。企业并购过程中必然触及人力资源管理问题。分析问题产生的原因,制定相应的策略,阐述人力资源整合的原则,以及并购后人力资源管理如何整合等等,都是有待研究与探讨的课题。

Abstract:For recent years,many enterprises are aware of the importance of human resource integration after business combination.Business combination is inevitably involved with issue of human resource management.In this paper,I make an analysis on the cause of human resource management issue,propose the corresponding strategies,and make an explanation on the principle of human resource integration and how to integrate human resource after business combination.
