| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化和区域一体化发展的趋势下,区域竞争更多地体现为产业竞争,京津冀经济圈区域产业发展与升级,不仅关系到区域总体竞争力的提升,更是关乎到国家区域战略布局的效应实现结果。基于此,本文在对区域产业升级内涵和局限性厘清的基础上,对京津冀区域产业发展的现状进行了着力分析,并从区域经济实力、产业结构、产业创新和科技竞争力等方面剖析了制约京津冀产业升级的因素,在此基础上,提出以转型和创新为坐标,推进京津冀经济圈产业升级的对策建议。
