| 摘 要： | 绿色国民核算体系是建立在早期的经济福利测度、可持续发展福利指数、真实发展指数和真实储蓄的基础之上，在联合国的主持下，最终演化为综合环境经济核算体系（SEEA）。从SEEA1993，经SEEA2000，逐步发展到SEEA2003。虽然SEEA的核心指标绿色GDP颇受争议，但我们依然可以认为，它是绿色国民核算体系研究中最为活跃的领域。

| Abstract: | The Green System of National Accounts is based on MEW,ISEW,GPI and GS.UN had presided that GSNA developed Integrated System of Environmental and Economic Accounting(SEEA),and from SEEA1993 to SEEA2003.Green GDP is a core index in SEEA and bring to debate universally,but it is still hot research field in GDNA. |
