家族传承、企业控制权转移与家族理事会

中国的家族企业传承问题逐渐成为理论界和企业界关注的焦点。按照中国人对家族企业的理解，家族传承和企业控制权转移的优先次序是不同的，因此，家族企业传承过程中会出现一系列冲突。文章提出了解决这些问题首先需要一个家族企业控制权传承计划，这个计划包括家族财产继承计划和家族继承人培养计划；其次是发挥家族理事会的桥梁作用，制定家族企业控制权传承计划，化解家族企业传承中的冲突。
