| 摘 要： | 振兴东北老工业基地急需一大批掌握先进生产技能的专业技术应用型人才，这就为高等职业教育的发展提供了空前的发展机遇。只有从地方经济建设的实际需要出发，紧紧抓住产业结构调整、现代服务业发展以及解决“三农”问题的有利契机，才能实现高等职业教育的可持续发展。
