基于半忘期的双相学习—遗忘生产—库存优化

基于放射性元素的衰减规律提出了基于半忘期的学习—遗忘曲线。根据员工作业行为具有的认知学习和技能学习特征,构建了基于半忘期的双相学习—遗忘曲线。将构建的基于半忘期的学习—遗忘曲线和基于半忘期的双相学习—遗忘曲线应用到生产—库存模型中。研究表面遗忘的存在使得生产更早趋于稳定,平均成本也更高。在基于半忘期的双相学习—遗忘理论下,由于认知与技能存在学习—遗忘—学习—遗忘的重复,生产—库存系统的平均成本在生产的后期出现了减少—增加—减少—增加的摇摆特征。认知遗忘与技能遗忘对系统平均成本的影响不同,相比于技能遗忘,认知遗忘给系统平均成本的影响更大。

Theoptimization of Production-inventory under Human Behavior of Cognitive Learning and Motor Learning

Based on the decay law of radioactive elements,a learning-forgetting curve based on half-forgetting period is proposed.Based on the cognitive learning and skill learning characteristics of employees'job behavior,a biphasic learning-forgetting curve based on half-forgetting period was constructed.The learning-forgetting curve based on half-forgetting period and the biphasic learning-forgetting curve based on half-forgetting period are applied to the production-inventory model.The existence of surface forgetting makes the production tend to be stable earlier and the average cost is higher.Under the bi-phase learning-forgetting theory based on half-forgetting period,due to the duplication of learning-forgetting-learning-forgetting between cognition and skill,the average cost of production-inventory system shows the swing characteristics of decreasing-increasing-decreasing-increasing in the later stage of production.Cognitive forgetting and skill forgetting have different effects on the average cost of the system.Compared with skill forgetting,cognitive forgetting has greater impact on the average cost of the system.
