区域创新体系建设的对策分析

产业集群为区域创新体系提供了创新网络,产业集群有利于知识扩散、企业合作、创新人才的聚集及区域创新能力的提高等;我国许多区域已形成了一定数量的产业集群,但存在的集群以中小型非公有制企业为主,企业的创新主体地位不强,产业聚集基地的创新体系不健全,各区域创新能力不平衡等问题;文章针对性提出了以产业集群促进区域创新体系建设的一些对策措施。

District innovative system construction's coutermeasure analysis

The industrial communities supply the innovated net-works for the regional system＇s innovation. It has the advantage of spreading knowledge, operating enterprises, gathering talented men of innovation and developing the regional innovated capability, etc. Numbers of industrial communities have formed in a lot of areas of China. But most of them are medium-sized and non- public enterprises in the existed community, enterprise＇s principal part of innovation is not strong, the innovated system of the industrial community＇s base is imperfect, innovated capabilities in different regions are imbalanced. The article pointed out some countermeasures of using the industrial community toimprove the regional innovated system.
