国有煤炭企业管理创新的实践与探索

通过对煤炭行业现状和煤炭企业的大量调查研究,得出煤炭企业旧的经营管理模式在很大程度上滞后于现代市场经济的需求,需要创新意识,提高管理水平,以保证安全生产。并从适应市场竞争的角度,重点从理念、决策、战略、组织机构、人本管理5个方面来阐述河南能源化工集团及耿村煤矿的管理创新和实践,以期对其他煤炭企业的经营管理有所借鉴。

Practices and Discovery on Management Innovation of State Owned Coal Enterprises

With a study on the coal industry status and great investigation of the coal enterprises, an old management mode of the coal enterprises in a large degree lagged behind the requirements of the modern market economy. The coal enterprises should have an innovative idea and should improve the management level to ensure a safety production. From a view of the market competition and from aspects of a conception, decision making, strategy, organization structure and human-oriented man- agement, the paper stated the management innovation and practices of Henan Energy and Chemical Group and Gengcun Mine and wished that could be references to the operation and management of other coal enterprises.
