摘    要:从绩效评价主体、评价指标、评价标准、计分权重及计分方法等层面的设计角度,论述了企业绩效考评机制的公平性,并提出提升绩效评价机制公平性的有关对策。

Abstract:From a performance evaluation subject, evaluation index, evaluation standard, score weighting, scoring method and other structure plane design view, the paper stated the impartiality of the enterprise performance evaluation mechanism and provided the countermeasures to upgrade impartiality of the performance evaluation mechanism.
