新矿集团伊犁能源发展混合所有制的创新探索

党的十八届三中全会对发展股权多元化、发展混合所有制做出了明确部署。近年来,新矿集团伊犁能源通过战略协同、实施股权多元化、混合所有制,优化了产业链,增强了项目风险控制力,为国有能源企业改革走出了一条新路。在介绍新矿集团伊犁能源发展混合所有制做法的基础上,分析了取得的主要成效,并提出了进一步深化混合所有制改革的举措,以期为国有能源企业改革提供参考。

Innovated Discovery on Development of Mixed Ownership in Yili Energy Company of Xinwen Mining Group

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC had made a clear layout on the development of the stock right diversification and＂ the development of the mixed ownership. In the recent years, with the strategic coordination and the implementation of the stock right diversification and mixed ownership, Yili Energy of Xinwen Mining Group optimized the industrial chain, enhanced the risk control force of the project and created a new access of the state owned energy enterprise＇ s reform. Based on the introduction on the practices on the mixed ownership development of Yili Energy of Xinwen Mining Group, the main results obtained were analyzed and the measures to further deepen the mixed ownership reform were provided in order to provide references to the reform of the state owned energy enterprises.
