| 摘 要： | 以当前社会经济背景为契机,基于积极心理学的视角,从煤矿员工帮助计划理论出发,构建了安全型矿工的心理模型,该模型共涵盖6个维度。随后将该模型在实践中加以尝试应用,收到了很好的效果。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the present social economy as an opportunity and based on a view of the active psychology, from a MEAP theory, a safety type psychological model of the miners was established and the model was covered with 6 dimensions. Late, the model was applied to the practices for trial and good effect was obtained. |
