| Abstract: | The paper introduced the connotation of the material supply talent in a new coal enterprise and three dimensions of safety benefit, economic benefit and the management benefit were established. The paper analyzed three major standards of the material supply talent selected for the new coal enterprise. The viewpoints of the moral quality, quality ability and attitude concepts would have the important guidance and references significances to the practices. |
