Problems Existed in Human Resource Management of Coal Geological Enterprises and Countermeasures

In combination with the practices of the human resource management in Geophysical Exploration and Survey Team, Henan Provincial Coalfield Geological Bureau, based on the analysis on the features and significances of the human resource management and optimized combination, the paper emphatically analyzed the problems existed in the human resource management in the coal mine geological enterprises and discover the root cause of the problem occurred. From seven aspects, the paper systematically stated the consideration and countermeasures of the human resource management in the geological enterprises, which would provide references and lessons to study the human resource management positioning of the enterprises and to improve the actual route under the new situation.
