| 摘 要： | 相对于转变经济增长方式而言,转变经济发展方式的内涵更加深刻和丰富,同时也是解决经济生活中深层次矛盾的现实要求。创新能力与发展方式密切相关,转变经济发展方式必须依靠自主创新,自主创新在转变经济发展方式中起关键作用。构建企业为主体、产学研相结合的自主创新体系,实行有利于自主创新的体制机制创新,大力培育创新人才,以创新文化激励科技进步和创新,优化自主创新对外开放环境是以自主创新转变经济发展方式的路径选择。
