| 摘 要： | H264是新一代的高效率高质量的视频压缩标准。文章研究了基于RTP/RTCP传输控制协议和H264视频编码标准实时视频系统的设计与实现。该系统可以广泛地应用于视频电视电话会议、远程网络课堂、实时视频监控、远程医疗等领域。

| Abstract: | H264 is a new generation of video compression standard which is with high efficiency and high quality.This article analyzed video system design and implementation based on RTP/RTCP transmission control protocol and H264 video coding standard.This system can be used in video TV and telephone conference,remote net school,real-time video monitor and telemedicine. |
