资本结构决定因素的实证研究综述

本文对国内外企业资本结构决定因素的实证研究进行了综述，并在此基础上比较中外上市公司资本结构决定因素的差异，进而提出需要进一步研究的问题。

Empirical Study on the Determinants of Capital Structure

Compared with the counterparts of developed countries, capital market of China dominated by the government in transition is clear. The capital structure of listed companies in China is vastly different from those of western developed countries. The paper first makes an empirical study of the determinants of capital structure, and then finds out the differences in the determinants of capital structure between China and developed countries and finally makes some proposals for further research.
