小浪底工程碱骨料反应控制

摘    要:小浪底混凝土工程约337万m3,采用黄河连地滩天然砂砾石作骨料,经勘查活性骨料占47%以上.为有效控制混凝土原材料的碱与骨料中活性成分发生碱骨料反应,采用低碱水泥和掺20%~30%低钙、低碱II级粉煤灰的方法,使混凝土的含碱量低于3kg/m3的控制标准,有效地控制了碱骨料反应.

Abstract:The concrete work in the Xiaolangdi Hydro Project is about 3.37 million m 3. In this work, the natural gravel from Lianditan of the Yellow River is taken as aggregate, and investigation shows that the active aggregate accounts for more than 47%. For effective control of the alkali aggregate reaction of alkali in raw material of concrete on active elements in the aggregate, the cement of low alkali content mixed with 20%~30% low calcium and low alkali grade II flyash is used to reduce the content of alkali in concrete to the control criterion of 3?kg/m 3 or lower, thus, the alkali aggregate reaction is effectively controlled.
