| 摘 要： | 最低生活保障制度的存在是为了维护全体公民的基本生存权利。相比较城市的最低生活保障制度而言,中国农村的最低生活保障制度还处于刚刚起步阶段,同时学者们对于我国全面建立农村最低生活保障制度的经济可行性问题持有不同意见。通过对农村最低生活保障制度的需求面进行供给面经济学分析,可以证明中国建立和完善农村最低生活保障制度是确实可行的。

| Abstract: | The existing of the lowest life safeguard system is to maintain the basic being right of the whole nation.Compared with the lowest life safeguard system of town,the rural's is still in the beginning stage.Scholars have different ideas for the feasibility of constructing the rural lowest life safeguard system all-sidedly.By analyaing the demand of rural lowest life safeguard system,it can be proved that construsting and perfecting the rural lowest life safeguard system are feasible. |
