| 摘 要： | 持续创新是企业生存与发展的基础，世界所有持续创新的企业均具有强劲的创新主导力。对企业持续创新系统的主导力进行科学、合理的评价，是培养和提高持续创新系统主导力的有效途径。运用可拓物元模型对企业持续创新系统主导力进行了评价，探寻企业持续创新系统的特征及其存在性，揭示企业创新系统的规律，为企业创新主导力的培育提供理论基础。
