| 摘 要： | 长三角作为我国制造业发展水平较高、与国际接轨、参与国际分工较多的地区之一,应更早、更准、更深刻地感受"第三次工业革命"浪潮的气息,树立科学的未来发展理念,提供参与新工业革命所需的宽松发展环境,抢抓历史前进过程中的难得发展机遇。未来的长三角有信心占据"第三次工业革命"的高地。

| Abstract: | The Yangtze Delta area, with higher manufacturing technology in China, should exactly and profoundly anticipate the potential influences as early as possible, shape a scientific development outlook, build up flexible developing environment needed by the new industrial revolution, and make full use of the golden opportunities. Only by doing these can the Yangtze Delta area be well-prepared and confident to lead in the Third Industrial Revolution. |
