高校共青团工作评价体系的局限性分析及相关建议

高校团委既是高校共青团工作的领导者,又是所辖的基层团组织的指导者,一套科学合理的评价体系不仅能帮助高校团委正确把握工作方向、科学统筹工作思路,又能充分调动基层团组织的积极性。本文首先分析了建立科学合理共青团工作评价体系的意义和作用,然后从评价指标、评价主体和评价方法三个方面探讨了目前高校共青团工作评价体系存在的局限性,并就如何完善现有评价体系提出了相应的建议。

Limitations of the Evaluation System of College Communist Youth League and Improvement Suggestions

College Communist Youth League not only leads the whole work of the Communist Youth League in the college, but also acts as a director of its sub-leagues. A scientific and reasonable evaluation system could help college Communist Youth League to have a right direction and a good working plan and motivate its subleagues. This article first analyses the significance and roles of building a scientific and reasonable evaluation system, then explores the limitations of current evaluation system from the aspects of evaluation index, evaluation subject and evaluation methods, finally puts forward some suggestions to improve the current evaluation system.
