| 摘 要： | 本文针对企业信息技术服务的现状和管理需求等角度分析企业信息技术服务管理平台搭建的必要性。企业信息技术服务管理平台应该从网络、硬件、软件几个方面结合具体的企业业务类型进行数据管理、分析,进而有效的服务于企业的业务发展和管理。在实现信息管理数字化的基础上,提高IT服务的质量,从而起到数据整理、预示、预警、报警等多方面作用。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on the status of information technology services in enterprise and management demand, analyzed the necessity to build the information technology service management platform in the enterprise. Enterprise information technology service management platform should manage, analyze the data from the aspects of network, hardware, software, combining with the specific types of enterprise business, and thus effectively serve the company＇s business development and management. Based on the realization of digital information management, it improves the quality of IT services, and plays a role in the data processing, signaling, warning, alarm, and other aspects. |
