流动机械散热器在粮食港口中的研究与应用

摘    要:随着港口环保标准不断提高,流动机械在作业时,会配备抑尘设备制造水雾来降低粉尘浓度,部分设备散热系统结构存在缺陷,散热器表面会吸附大量粉尘和水雾。散热器内部冷却液温度随着作业时间升高,散热片之间积累的粉尘与水的混合物逐渐硬化,不仅降低了散热器应有的散热效果,而且阻碍了散热器的清洗,使散热系统堵塞逐渐严重,导致散热效果越来越差,影响了设备正常运转,甚至会发生高温机损事故。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of port environmental protection standards,dust suppression equipments that can manufacture water mist are used to reduce dust concentration during the operation of mobile machinery.However,there are some defects in the structure of cooling system.A large number of dust and water mist are absorbed on the radiator surface.Due to the long working time,the temperature of the coolant inside the radiator increases.Besides,the mixture of dust and water,which are accumulated between the radiator fins,gradually hardens.These affects not only reduces the heat dissipation of the radiator,but also hinders the cleaning of the radiator.Causing the blockage of the heat dissipation system to become more and more serious,resulting in worse heat dissipation effect,affecting the normal operation of the equipment,and even causes high-temperature mechanical damage accidents.
