| 摘 要： | 在介绍农户参与集体林权制度改革意义的基础上,对农户在集体林权制度改革过程中各个阶段的参与作用进行了深入分析,并从内部和外部分析影响集体林权改革的因素,建立以可持续的自我发展机制、参与式的工程运行机制和公平有效的配套保障机制为核心的激励农户参与集体林权改革的制度体系。
