| 摘 要： | 针对企业的知识产权保护问题,首先使用演化博弈理论对企业知识产权保护策略的演化过程进行建模,然后对不同条件下的知识产权保护策略的演化稳定状态进行了分析,得到了三个定理并进行了证明。在此基础上,归纳总结出企业知识产权保护策略,即企业要根据不同情况做出不同的决策。

| Abstract: | This paper constructs a model of the evolution of enterprise intellectual property protection with evolutionary game theory to tackle the decision-making of intellectual property protection faced by enterprises. Then we analyze the evolutionary stability of intellectual property protection strategies in different conditions and result in three propositions. Finally we propose strategies for enterprise intellectual property protection. |
