Nowadays it is so difficult to raise money from both capital market and banking sector for those private owned SME in China that economy developing speed has been curbed. So we analyzed the reason for that and develop a systematic framework of constructing multi - layer and multi - side capital market in China trying to solve the problem to some extent.
