| 摘 要： | 目前，国际贸易融资业务已成为我国商业银行重点发展的一项金融业务，在为商业银行带来了丰厚的手续费及融资利息收入的同时，也给进出口企业提供了资金融通的便利，受到进出口企业的欢迎。然而，在贸易融资实务中也时刻潜伏着各种风险，必须从企业和银行自身的角度分析我国商业银行发生贸易融资风险的原因，并提出商业银行对国际贸易融资风险的控制策略，从而为银行贸易融资业务的发展和经营提供新思路。

| Abstract: | Recently, international trade circulating business is becoming one of important commercial bank＇s businesses. It provides commercial bank considerable benefits and circulating funds＇ interest, simultaneously, brings convenience to import and export corporation, as well. But there lies lots of risks in circulating funds. We must analyze the reasons of risks from the angle of corporation and bank itself, and find out the strategy to control the risk of circulating funds. |
