| Abstract: | The population of the center city of Yichun City increases rapidly. The scale of water supply is small and the water resource is unique. If the special dry year, continuous dry years are met or the pollution accident happen, the water supply crisis will be faced in the center city. So the construction of water reserve should be fastened. |
