The Collaboration between the Eastern Areas and the West:A Propeller Developing the Western Areas of China

The key characteristics of Western Development include the opening-promoted development,opening both internally and externally,and advancement with coordination and unity.Taking part in the Western Development is the inherent need of the eastern area to create a sustainable development environment,accelerate self-development,and upgrade industries.To ensure the sustainable development of East-West Cooperation and the forceful promotion of Western Development,we should,most important of all,set up a broader platform in the aspects of system and policy environment,means of coordination and selection of cooperative projects,with the mutually beneficial double-win objective in concern.
