逆流式多孔泡沫金属换热器的传热分析

摘    要:本文对方形管壳式换热器在正方形排列的传热管内、外均填充有多孔泡沫金属的条件下冷、热流体分别沿着管轴方向强制层流逆流流动时的传热情况进行了理论分析,得出了换热器内部管外区域对流换热的平均数的表达式和换热器内总的对流换热系数、及总传热面积的表达式。

Abstract:In this paper,the heat transfer of a tube-shell type heat exchanger with two fluids'counter flow was analyzed.In the heat exchanger,the heat transfer tubes are square in-lined and filled with porous foam metal both inside and outside.And both the fluids flow in the porous foam metal are forced.The average theoretical equation of tube outside heat convection nusselt number has been obtained.And the overall heat transfer coefficient and the overall heat transfer area have been obtained,too.
