摘    要:为了提高供水水质、解决安全生产隐患、发挥地理位置优势,实施了长沙市第一水厂的改造扩建工程。该工程设计总规模20万m3/d,分两期建设,工程包括新建取水口、自流管、提升泵站、净水处理构筑物和改造取水泵房,采用清水池与絮凝池、沉淀池、过滤池叠合建造形式。单位产水量占地0.08 m2/m3,清水池调节容积占设计规模9.49%,绿地率35.56%。运行证明,该工程达到并超过了原设计要求,建设过程保证正常生产,土地利用率高,为市政自来水行业老水厂在用地受到限制时进行改造扩建积累了经验。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of supplied water, avoid the exiting problems that might be harmful potentially to the normal operation of the waterworks and to hold on the local advantages of the site, the First Waterworks in Changsha City is decided to reconstruction and expansion. This project is designed with final capacity of 200 000 m3/d and it will be constructed in two stages. The engineering items include new constructed water intake facility, gravitational waterline, boosting pumping stations, water purification structures and reconstructed water intake pumping house. The clear water tank, flocculating tank, sedimentation tank and filter shall be constructed integrally as single unity. According to the design, the specific land occupation lays on 0.08 m2/m3 of output water, the regulating capacity of the clear tank will be 9.49% of the capacity and the afforesting area of the waterworks is 35. 56% . This project has been completed, during the construction period the waterworks served continuously. Finally all the designed targets have been achieved.
