通过北京7家NGO组织的跨案例分析,试图揭示出互联网对NGO组织的运作和发展产生的影响和作用,结果发现目前互联网对于NGO组织的作用主要体现在经济方面,互联网可以实现办公自动化、促进信息交流、宣传、降低成本和改善内部管理。而NGO组织通过互联网参与公共政策决策似乎并不显著,互联网同时具有开展电子公益的潜能。总的来说,互联网对于NGO组织的作用和影响是积极的,并且,NGO自身的发展也会提高其运用互联网的广度和深度。

Research of internet's function on NGO——case analysis basing on 7 NGO organization
