| Abstract: | Instructors play an important role in the cultivation of postgraduates.At present under the condition of enlarging the enrollment, there exist some problems on the part of instructors,such as their heavy burden,insufficient instruction,and their level etc.We should strengthen the function of instructors,make clear their duty and obligation and solve the problems existing in the ranks. |
