摘    要:农业产业化是当今农业发展的必然趋势,已成为我国农业和农村经济发展的基本方向和有效形式;资本市场的发展为农业产业化经营提供了一个前景广阔的平台;品牌运营作为资本运营的一种有效途径,拥有提高经济效率的独到功能和优势。将资本市场的功能、实施农产品品牌战略、推进农业产业化经营有机地结合起来,必将加快我国经济的战略性调整。有利于促进我国农业产业化发展。

Abstract:agricultural industrialization is the inevitable trend in agricultural development now,has become the basic direction and effective form in our country agriculture and the rural economy development;the capital market development has provided a prospect broad platform for the agricultural industrial production management;the brand operation took the one of the effective ways of capital operation,take possession of the original function and the superiority that enhance the economic efficiency.The capital market function,implementing agricultural product brand strategy,advancing agriculture industrial production management,unifies organically,will certainly speed up the strategic adjustment of economic structure in our country,is advantageous in promoting the agriculture industrial production development of our country.
