| Abstract: | Based on the foreign scholars' theotretical analysis on the difficulties in funding of medium-and-small-sized enterprises (MSE),this paper analyzed the dilemmas and the causes of financing of MSE in China,and put forth three enlightenments to resolve the "bottle-neck" of the development of the MSE in China. |
