摘    要:本文介绍了澳大利亚含水层补给管理(含水层补给管理简称MAR )国家指南,使用其评估方法和程序对我国典型MAR项目黄水河地下水库进行初级评估。依次进行的可行性评价、难度评价、最大风险评价和残余风险评价结果表明该项目风险较低,可以正常运行,与实际运行状况相吻合。本研究对类似MAR项目的评估和建设运行能够起到良好的借鉴作用。

Abstract:The Australian Managed Aquifer Recharge(Managed Aquifer Recharge is referred to as MAR hereinafter) National Guidelines is described, and then a preliminary assessment on Huangshuihe Gmundwater Reservoir-a typical MAR pmject in China is made with the evaluation methods and pmcedures listed in the guidelines. The results fmm the assessments of the feasi- bility, difficulty, maximum risk and residual risk for the reservoir carried out in turn show that the risk of the project is relatively lower and it can be normally operated; which are just coincided with those fmm the actual operation. This study can pmvide a bet- ter reference for the assessment, construction and operation of the similar MAR pmjects concerned.
