| 摘 要： | 强化遵循国际环境公德,是实施全球性可持续发展战略题中应有之义;而以美国为代表的某些发达国家总是首先破坏了国际环境公德,给全球性可持续发展设置了重重障碍;广大发展中国家必须联合起来,为维护国际环境公德秩序而斗争。

| Abstract: | International environmental public morals are the m ain co ntents of global ethics and environmental ethics, and should be contained in the process of global sustainable development. The developed countries, as American , have destroyed the international environmental public morals and set obstacles on the road of global sustainable development. The developing countries must un it and struggle to proceed for international environmental public morals. |
