On the Analysis Strategy of the Ecological Priority City for Huaihua in the Wuling Mountain Area

With the implementation of Wuling Mountain Area Regional Development and Poverty Alleviation Plan,huaihua city is trying to build the ecological primate city of the wuling mountain area. ecological green heart strategy is the "base" and "stone" of regional development, is also a "kidney" and "lung" of the construction of the city.
