| 摘 要： | 阀配流柱塞泵的吸、排油阀,由于运动滞后,造成泵的容积效率下降,这是该类泵的一个主要技术缺陷。本文设计了一种新型配流阀,解决了运动滞后问题,容积效率得到大幅度提高。同时文中对新型配流阀的设计计算,进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Because the drawing in—off oil valve of piston pump works unsynchronously,volume efficcency of the pump is decrassed.This is a main technical fault of this kind of pump.The paper des— cribes a new configuration of pump control valve,which can solve the problem of unsynchronous working and greatly increase the volume efficiency.The design procedure of this new valve is also discussed in the paper. |
